If your boiler has stopped working, the priority is finding out exactly what's wrong before anything gets fitted or replaced. Every callout starts with a proper diagnosis — £99, including the first hour of work — so you know what you're dealing with before agreeing to any repair.

Common faults we diagnose and repair
Brands we work on
Those are just the five we've repaired most and have real case studies for — see our full list of 14 brands we cover. We also work on electric and Pulsacoil-type boilers, not just mainstream gas combis.
Not sure what to do?
Our advice hub covers the questions we get asked most — including whether to repair or replace, real cost guides, and safety information.
What happens on the day
Our engineer arrives, tests the system, and identifies the fault before recommending anything. If a part's needed, it's quoted clearly before we fit it — no surprises on the invoice. Most repairs carry a 12-month parts warranty, and where a repair genuinely isn't the sensible option (an old boiler, an obsolete part, a fault history that keeps recurring) we'll say so honestly rather than default to "just fix it again."
Pricing
- Fault diagnosis + first hour: £99

How quickly can someone come out?
Same-day appointments are often available for genuine breakdowns — call 07413 385767 and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic today.
Do you work on all boiler brands?
Yes — including electric and Pulsacoil-type systems that a lot of general "boiler repair" companies won't touch, not just mainstream gas combis.
Is the £99 diagnosis fee separate from the repair cost?
The £99 covers diagnosis and the first hour of work. If parts are needed, those are quoted and agreed with you before anything is fitted.
