The short version
Boiler fault diagnosis is £99, including the first hour of work. Boiler servicing starts at £95, and a landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) is £90 — book both together and save. We also cover unvented cylinder servicing and repairs, plus common plumbing jobs. Full detail below.

Bundle & save: service + gas safety certificate
Booking your annual service and landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) in the same visit saves a separate call-out: +£50 to add a CP12 onto a basic service, or +£80 to add it onto an intermediate service, instead of paying for each visit separately. Just mention you want both when you book.
